Before the book is made, you need to help PUSH TO SHELF and as a thank you Nicolas will add your full name in the acknowledgement section of the printed book. Make sure you pre-order the book when you PUSH IT as we will have a limited number of copies available. You can also nominate which images should make it into the book, giving you that extra input.
